  I travelled down from Bristol to Dartmouth in order to buy presents that only this shop sells (for wedding reception table settings ) Arriving at 2.30 p.m the shop was closed & I assumed they were closed for lunch. Came back an hour later still closed, so I presume it was "early closing day" There was a sign on the door saying "Closed Friday open Saturday" & this being Wednesday there was no indication as to why they shouldn't be open. So desperate to buy that I stayed overnight in a hotel. It is now Thursday & they are still not open. I have been to their other shop & it is closed, & I have tried phoning but no one has the courtesy to answer the phone. A very expensive learning curb, & clearly this shgp does not value its loyal customers. A sad reflection on an otherwise perfect town with wonderful shops.
